Matt Kreps is a financial and capital markets executive with more than 25 years of experience leading investor relations and equity capital markets programs across both U.S. and Canadian markets. Since joining HydroGraph in November 2024, he has directed the company’s investor relations and capital markets strategy, serves as its primary spokesperson to the investment community, and leads its equity capital markets activities. He has served as a Managing Director of Darrow Associates Investor Relations, an independent investor relations advisory firm, where he provides C-suite and board-level counsel to Nasdaq-, NYSE- and OTC-listed companies on investor relations, proxy and shareholder-engagement strategy, and capital markets transactions. Earlier in his career, he held investor relations leadership roles at multiple consulting and corporate entities. Mr. Kreps holds an Executive MBA, awarded with highest honors, from the University of Texas at Dallas and a B.S. in Mass Communications from Kansas State University.
